The hotel at Hotel Bristol was a lovely experience overall, with clean and comfortable rooms, extremely helpful and friendly service, and a well-organized location to explore Florence, Pisa, and Livorno. However, the atmosphere was lacking, and the dining, although very nice, could offer more variety. The honesty bar for refreshments and towels for sunbeams added a nice touch to the stay.

My room had blackout shutters and a very large balcony overlooking the sea, the town, and Mount Vesuvius. It was perfect with air conditioning, TV with several language options, very clean, a small fridge, and a desk.

I stayed at Hotel Bristol from July 12th, 2018, until the 19th. The hotel is lovely, very well organized, and equipped, with a fantastic location near the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and included a small fridge and a desk. The staff and tour representatives were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay with great value for money.

I was delighted with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price.
